Ordered directly from crocs. Absolute rubbish service. A week in and still no idea where my shoes are and having to chase GLS and Parcel Force myself as crocs customer service are blatant liars. This company should be ashamed of itself for their terrible service. It should be the senders jobs to chase couriers, not your now ex customer. AVOID AVOID AVOID
No response to emails
No response to emails, no delivery not even a dispatch 4 days after payment sent. Shocking service.

Frustratingly slow
Frustrating. Live chat is a bit of a joke (forget about talking to an agent). It took around 30 minutes to get through just on live chat. Rather like Uber customer service, those at Crocs seem to be dealing with multiple chats concurrently so I wasn’t even able to get a quick resolution of the issues I wished to raise as the lady dealing with my complaint seemed very slow to respond to these. This is an issue with Crocs management, rather than the long-suffering frontline staff. Even so, I was offered a 40% discount for my troubles.

Buy Crocs, just not from them directly
Ordering from Crocs is like going back in time 20 years when companies were just getting used to online shopping. An order confirmation email about 3 days later so you're not sure if the order went through. Then about 4 days later you get another email to say they've shipped.....it's such a long and drawn out process in 2022. Buy Crocs, just don't buy from them directly or at least plan ahead, if you thing you might want a pair next summer, I'd order them now.....you might just get them in time

Great item, took a week from Netherlands to arrive which under the current situation doesn't seem bad at all. Great communication and lovely Crocs. Many thanks, will use again

Website doesn't even work
Tried to order twice, order got to bank authorisation stage but then didn't complete, no message to explain why. Tried their customer service, 1 week no response.

Order incomplete but no refund provided.
My order took some time to arrive. The most expensive item was described as "Cancelled" on the delivery email and was not present. As I had not changed the order I presume it was out of stock, however they had still debited my card for it. I have emailed them three times but have had no reply. The customer service "Bot" is worse than useless. I have now made a claim from my credit card company.

Terrible Customer Service Don't bother with CROCS
Not even worth the effort!
I selected the gender of shoes I needed then proceeded to select the size I did not unfortunately spot that the product again reverts to the tase saying Women and you AGAIn need to select the tab to say you want MENS SIZES TWICE!!! Having paid or the order and getting the confirmation email I noticed the sizing and emailed CROCS back they are not open weekend and waited 2 days for a reply which did not arrive so I tried Live Chat instead of the overseas number they provide! Live chat confirmed the order had not been processed and they were unable to change it I need to take delivery send it back then reorder! Very environmentally friendly NOT!

Have some patience. Delivered just under 2 weeks.
I love Crocs. You can get classic crocs anywhere but if you want something different then you need to go through their website. I have ordered from their website many times and not had an issue. I saw a pair of cozzzy sandals and knew I had to have them. After a week I wondered where they were and looked at trustpilot to see so many bad reviews. My heart sunk and I just excepted that I was not going to receive them. I then received an email saying the date and time they were going to be delivered and information on tracking them. They turned up on the day and time stated. Everybody knows the state of the world currently and things are difficult especially with transport from abroad. My crocs were here within two weeks.

Do Not Use This Company
If your after some Crocs don't use the official website, so far I waited 5 days before they were dispatched and only when I contacted customer service which I did not get a reply from, now the tracking does not seem to work, tried contacting customer services but still no reply ans still no crocs..... Will never deal with this company again.... No customers services and terrible experience.... You have been warned.

Been waiting 2 weeks for our order. Still no change in delivery status and no replies from customer service via email. Spent a lot of money on the order too it’s not okay!
